Licensed inspection
Northwest Exterminating or Arrow Exterminators performs the termite and WDO inspection through its appropriately licensed personnel.
Written report
The pest-control company documents its observations and issues the applicable Wood Infestation Inspection Report, including the scope and limitations of its inspection.
Convenient coordination
When scheduling allows, J&J can coordinate the pest-control inspection with the home inspection. The pest-control company remains responsible for its inspection, findings, and report.
Wood Infestation Inspection Reports From Licensed Partners
Separate licensed service
The termite and WDO inspection is a separate service performed by the licensed pest-control company, not by J&J Home Inspections LLC.
Report documentation
The pest-control company prepares and issues its report based on the conditions observed and the limitations applicable to that inspection.
Transaction requirements
Clients should confirm with the lender or closing professional which report form, timing, and additional documentation are required for the transaction.

J&J coordinates termite and WDO inspections through Northwest Exterminating or Arrow Exterminators. The selected pest-control company schedules or confirms the inspection, performs the work through its licensed personnel, and issues the Wood Infestation Inspection Report. J&J does not present the pest-control company's inspection or report as J&J's own work.
