J&J Home Inspections LLC is an owner-operated home inspection company serving North Georgia and the Greater Atlanta Area. I am Jeff Johnson, an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, and I personally perform every inspection and prepare every report.

My goal is to give each client a clear, practical understanding of the property's visible condition. I inspect the readily accessible systems and components within the agreed scope, from the roof and exterior to the structure, electrical system, plumbing system, heating and cooling systems, interior, attic, insulation, and other components. I use infrared thermal imaging during home inspections and a drone when roof access is unsafe or impractical, subject to site and weather conditions.

Mold and moisture assessments, radon measurement, particulate sampling, private-well water testing, and other ancillary services are available when requested. Samples that require laboratory analysis are submitted to a qualified independent laboratory. Each service is reported with its scope and limitations so the client can make an informed decision about appropriate next steps.

I provide detailed reports with photographs and clear explanations of significant findings. Inspection results are handled professionally and shared only with the client and authorized parties. I do not use a client's property defects for public shaming or promotional content. J&J's approach is simple: thorough enough to find a problem, professional enough to keep it private.
